Hey, no disrespect to the first player from South-America in the NBA ever !! The Rockets messed up BIG TIME by letting him go after 94-95. I'm still pissed he got hurt in game 4 vs. Jazz with the same messed up injury he suffered a year earlier in game 5 vs. Suns !! Carl Herrera was our starting PF for the future, meaning 95-96. Guess what happened after they let him go ? Horry was forced to play PF, failed miserably and got traded along with Cassell for that fat no-good-for-nothing Barkley

Wafer will be one of the great reasons I think we're going to lose games. The guy has progressed on defense but still not good enough. Why do you think Adelman pulled him in the 3rd / 4th @ Dallas ? Terry scored a lot on him, so was Kidd when he left him open for the three. The guy is going to be the bench's X-factor, Lowry and Landry will do good I have no doubts about that.
Oh I totally agree with you. He lacks defense and gambles alot.. But him coming off the bench and scoring 12 points and having a dunk and nice layups will get the Rocket players and bench crunk and that is crucial playing away! If he is getting killed out there Adelman wont hesitate to take him out.
