Which is the best idea on Mike D’Antoni contract extension?

    D’Antoni, 68, is going into his final year of the contract that he signed back in the offseason before the 2016-17 campaign. The upcoming season was a team option that Morey picked up last summer.

    Hire a defensive-minded coach that actually cares to get his hands dirty and work with individual players to improve their defensive abilities. Give MDA the title "Head Coach in Absentia" and give him a monitor on the bench and Skype and let him make suggestions from home on the couch. You don't really need him there to say "Give James the ball" or occasionally "Give Chris the ball," which is what our entire offense amounts to.

    How about to have Chris Paul as our head coach? He knows all the tricks and will be excellent on coaching.
