Now with Brooklyn out of the mix of Howard trade, looks like the Rockets is in good position landing the Superman. But should we strike a deal now with the Magic, or should we wait on to let the Magic become more desperate of getting rid of Howard? It seems to me that Orlando is asking alot for their all-star center atm, if we wait, the chance are our young guys can shine in the summer league or the beginning of the season and drive their price up, while an unhappy Howard drive his own price down in Orlando. What do you think?
If there is any chance they say yes you take it immediately. Think of yourself as an ugly virgin disabled and socially inept nerd that somehow got someone to agree with him by miraculous intervention to have sex with you. You don't wait for the right time and give them time to think through their temporary lunacy, jump on it as quickly as possible and byany means necessary right then and there.
No. No more waiting. As usual, while we wait, other teams are busy making other big trades. We just missed out on Darren Collison(a capable PG) being traded!!!
We will wait until Orlando is ready to accept our offer, as has been the plan all along. They're running around desperately looking for better deals, but they're not going to find one. Once they realize that and exhaust all other avenues, we get our man at the price we want. The mongoose waits for his prey to come to him.
From what I just read In the chronicle, a one year rental for Howard isn't worth two more years of hedo and 3 more of Richardson
guy isnt even going to play the full season and will leave at the end as a UFA. People ready to get stuck with orlandos trash contracts for the next 3 years i guess. GARM is crazy.
I don't understand why would y'all want to rent Howard. And even if he stays, Rockets would barely be contender.
Dude is damaged goods .. Listen as he tells you that the tear in his disk is the worst his DR has seen in 26 years ... <img style="visibility:hidden;width:0px;height:0px;" border=0 width=0 height=0 src="http://c.gigcount.com/wildfire/IMP/CXNID=2000002.11NXC/bT*xJmx*PTEzNDIwNTE2MDAyMzUmcHQ9MTM*MjA1MTYxMzE1NSZwPSZkPSZnPTImbz1mMDdlMzQ1OWNmOWE*OTljODIzYzMyN2Nm/YjcxNzdiZCZvZj*w.gif" /><object name="kaltura_player_1342051604" id="kaltura_player_1342051604" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowScriptAccess="always" allowNetworking="all" allowFullScreen="true" height="330" width="400" data="http://cdnapi.kaltura.com/index.php/kwidget/wid/1_ivdrm096/uiconf_id/48502"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="allowNetworking" value="all" /><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="bgcolor" value="#000000" /><param name="movie" value="http://cdnapi.kaltura.com/index.php/kwidget/wid/1_ivdrm096/uiconf_id/48502"/><param name="flashVars" value=""/></object>
I think some are focusing too much on gaining "Howard" and "Bynum" and not that we have to take back 3 BAD CONTRACT for 2-3yrs
