PJ Tucker spent 5 seasons out of the NBA in European leagues. So, while he is 34-years-old, his basketball age is actually only 29. It is widely known that players, and humans in general, do not age unless they are in the NBA.
Do we know this for a fact? i went to a lot of biology classes and get excellent grades, cant remember i heard of this i know its kinda steroype but are there any scientfic studies confirming this? I also heard of opinions that the more engaged you stay as you age and the less pauses you make between periods of being active the less your decline, so the biggest declines happen with ageing people who make long pauses, and its harder for them to get back into shape, so if this is true then perhaps its good for pj to stay engaded more over the summer at least short term that is rocketswise
The effects of increasing high intensity workouts and wear and tear on joints have been well documented.
i can't get enough PJ in my life. just love this guy so much. https://www.washingtonpost.com/spor...r-backs-rockets-stars-during-dramatic-summer/
thnx but if its so well documented then it shouldn't be hard to cite a couple of significant studies?
