Just thought I would share... since there is no Rockets news at the moment (darn Melo domino just won't fall!) http://vaughtsviews.com/?p=9350 There was another radio interview with him in KY as well... I'm trying to find the podcast of it and I'll share it here as well.
fixed why am I not surprised TYPICAL of HayesFan to populate the board with her pro-chuck hayes and pro-uk propaganda anyone who has followed this team the last few years knows that Hayes does personify the qualities we'd love to see from all the players on the team
If serious: Questioning the team's overall dedication is one thing. Calling Chuck Hayes a "loser" flat out deserves the above gif.
Compared to without Chuck, yes. 2-6 this year w/ no Chuck. Remember us starting the new year 3-7(5 consecutive losses at one point there)? Dec 31 Tor W Jan 2 @ Por L Jan 3 @ Den L Jan 5 Por L Jan 7 @ Orl L Jan 8 Uta L Jan 10 @ Bos W Jan 12 @ OKC L 24-25 when Chuck has played this year 21-17 with Chuck starting this year FIFY Anyhow, stats, wins/losses,etc aside, I agree for the most part with Pat.
Her post!! Know your royalty Thanks Hayesfan, I was seriously just thinking how incredibly slow it is while I was logging on. The wait is killing me!
There are certainly worse players that can rub off on him. If he becomes a scoring Hayes, I would be totally stoked!
I wouldnt put it like that .... although Im a lifelong Rockets fan. Yes compare the heart of the team to that of years past - No Yao , No McStenchTrench .... nothing flashy about this team at all. Now compare Hayes today to the guy who came into the league. Whats not to like about the guy ? He's not Bosh or Amare ? He's no superstar but he's the glue that holds this cluster**** of a roster together. To call a guy who works as hard as Hayes a loser is pretty silly. That hard work has kept him in this league. He's played out of position for the past two seasons and made a whole lot of superstars look silly .... Amare. <object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/-Gbb_pxgCwM?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/-Gbb_pxgCwM?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object> Name another player who can defend the post that well who you would put on <object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wbRZZLD48B4?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wbRZZLD48B4?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object> I recall a game last season where he picked up Lebron on the last possession and stopped him as well. You gotta give Chuck his props . If anything you question the other players on the team who dont give the same effort.
