    I
t is La Canfora but that would be a huge win for the Texans if true.

How many new England rejects do we need to bring in before we see results?

You do know there are other picks outside the 1st round? They will have a 2nd, and 3- 3rd rounders in 2020...among others.

I'm just hoping they can eventually find 1 that knows how to manage a clock/TOs/challenges/etc...

One's not too much to ask, is it?

Really? Wow, did not know that at all. Thank you for your wisdom.

Not having multiple 1st and 2nds severely limits the chance of having impact starters immediately from those drafts, specifically at corner and pass rush where we would need starters and depth.
Not saying you can’t draft players in the 3rd-7th to have depth and possible starters but it’s less likely with those positions.

Considering O'Brien wanted him and has a strangle hold on the organization......... very high likelihood that O'Brien sticks around.

To be fair... you did literally say, "With no picks to work with." There are seven rounds in an NFL draft; standard allotment for a 2-year stretch would be 14 picks; the Texans will have 12. It's not optimal - no first rounders and no second rounder in '21 - but Tunsil and Stills are both young & productive so it's not like they threw picks away.

Sure; but the Tunsil/Stills trade took two needs off the board (OL & WR) that would've otherwise been pretty high.

I have no issue with the trade - but I won't pretend it wasn't a lot of valuable draft capital because it absolutely was. But I also think we ought to tap the brakes on any suggestion that the Texans are crippled going forward.

Four picks in the top 100 is hardly nothing to work with. You need to come out of the basement more often.

They did pretty well in 2018 without a 1st or 2nd rd pick.

You think they would hire a MIT type guy to help BOB with these things.

It all starts at the top. So adding someone of Caserio caliber is a huge huge hire if we do get him.
