If you are a thief, is taking a **** in the middle of the robbery the first thing you want to do ? That doesn't make sense. Plus they seem to have evidence he beat her with a bat too.

    Yeah this is just insane.

Olympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius crushed his girlfriend’s skull with a cricket bat before shooting her dead, police have told her family.

Pistorius is a murderer. I don't buy his story at all.

Makes sense to me. You see, after he shot through the door, he took the cricket bat to open the door, and since it was dark, he took a few swings at the burglar just to make sure he was done.

There was never a high chance of being found guilty for pre-meditated murder.

It wasn't pre-meditated. It was in the heat of the moment. Now, if he gets off on the other two charges, that'll be a story.

Not sure what the requirements from 'pre-meditated' are here. If it's simply that he knew it was her behind the door when he pulled the trigger, I think he got away with something. If prosecution couldn't prove it, fine.

Love how the judge stated that Pistorius couldn't have known that his shots through the door could murder the subject. Four close range shots through a tiny wooden door and you can't see someone possibly dying?

    This trial is bs.

How can a judge be so stupid? Just leave this case for the first 48 crew to handle this. Oh you were there at the time of the shooting, you get life. Oh it was self defense, oh the guys friend that you robbed killed him accidentally, you get life.
