Once Home, The Rockets Have 4 Flights Longer Than 1 Hour Until March 29th

    This schedule has beat us down, but now is the time to get everyone healthy again. The schedule is taking a favorable turn for the next 2 months. Only 1 time will they play multiple games on the road (2); no flight longer than 3 hours; and 4 stretches where they will be home for a week or more.

    After they return from Indy:

    Home: 1/30 - 2/7
    1. Kings
    2. Hawks
    3. Bulls
    4. Magic
    Away: 2/7 - 2/9
    1. @ Charlotte (2 hour flight)
    Home: 2/9 - 2/22 (except Harden/possibly Gordon)
    1. Suns
    2. Heat
    All-Star Break:
    • Harden and possibly Gordon to New Orleans (1 hour flight)
    Away: 2/22 - 2/23
    1. The rest of the team travels to New Orleans for Pels (1 hour flight)
    Home: 2/23 - 2/28
    1. Wolves
    2. Pacers
    Away: 2/28 - 3/1
    1. @ Clippers (3 hour flight)
    Home: 3/1 - 3/5
    1. Grizzlies
    Away: 3/5 - 3/6
    1. @ Spurs (1 hour flight)
    Home: 3/6 - 3/9
    1. Jazz
    Away: 3/9 - 3/10
    1. @ Chicago (2.5 hour flight)
    Home: 3/10 - 3/16
    1. Cavs
    2. Lakers
    Away: 3/16 -3/19
    1. @ Pels (1 hour flight)
    2. @Nuggets (3 hour flight)
    Home: 3/19 - 3/29
    1. Nuggets
    2. Pels

    The league the Rockets... They hate very badly... lol I'm jk.. Yeah, I think the Rox played the most games this season easily costing the team many losses due to fatigue.

    Better win % than the defending NBA champs who have played FIVE less games than we have. They have 3 potential HOFs on their team. We have Harden and some solid role players.

    The conditions exist for a miracle run, I've been saying this for a while. Morey must get us some depth at the 2 and a backup defensive big.

    4 minus 1 is 3. Only 1 flight longer than 3 hours. Warriors blew a 3-1 lead

    But what about those not featuring during All star weekend taking exotic vacations in Europe or Hawaii or Dubai while some going home (Nene to Brazil, Capela to Switzerland

    but the real question is what effect will this easier schedule have on Harden's TOs and joomba's "analyses"? I predict no effect.

    No hard schedule means no excuses tho. It's time for the guys, and hopefully the front office, to make a serious push

    Gotta be the easiest schedule in the NBA after the Pacers game. If injuries don't derail them, Rockets should be able to put some distance between them and whoever the 4th seed is.

    Lol houston to LA isn't 3.5 hours unless you have to make an emergency landing because a fight breaks out

    The precise duration of the flight is th what's important here here, it's that they are going to be moving less distance.

    i mean not really that but just having to do media, pack and then board to a new city to possibly play the next night takes a toll on you.

    But to have this record with a brutal front end schedule, that's pretty amazing. I rather have the front end brutal schedule than have a brutal back end and then have to go into the playoffs.
