let's all pay our respects to one of the greatest houston rockets players ever.

i can see why all the true rockets fans voted him to the houston rockets all-decade team of the 2000's. i can also see why leslie alexander personally invites him to sit with him at rockets games.

McGrady scored 13 points in the final 35 seconds to rally the Rockets past the Spurs 81-80. Houston trailed 74-64 with just over a minute remaining, but McGrady nailed four three-pointers down the stretch, including the game-winner with 1.7 seconds remaining. ''For all those fans who left the game early ... ya'll missed a great game,'' McGrady said.

One of those moments where you remember where you were and the people who were with you watching the game in real time

One of those games where I had free freaking tickets to that Spurs game but chose to stay home and study instead! Damn I missed out!

That was a great team. 3 all stars, 1 defensive specialist and an underrated PF that can get you buckets if needed.

**** mcgrady. I'll never forgive him for the Toronto game, announcing his surgery via ESPN, and complaining about his "cameo role"

This is like celebrating your hand, before it got frostbite, developed into gangrene and had to be amputated.

It was a nice hand once

TMac's athleticism and confidence were off the charts at that time. Too bad about the back spasms and knee issues. He was also instrumental in the 22 game win streak even after Yao went down.

there's a certain tof who loves to post that tmac led the rockets to a 22 game winning streak

just like the tof who said yao didn't win a playoff series

you keep saying lies enough people will believe

you have to always preach the truth

oh by the way, i'm sure fans in san antonio could say that they rather have tim duncan and manu and tony over tmac any day of the week, year, century, and eternity

13 in 35 was pretty cool but it was a regular season game, and for the first 47.5 minutes, the game was unwatchable. We had 64 points up to that point and McGrady played like crap.
