I watch Cavs. Cassppi really sucks. His nickname is Assfinger. That should tell you all you need to know how much he sucks. I rather play Delfino and Garcia.

Looking at 82 games, it looks like he was helpful when he was a King, but he lost something playing in Cleveland. I wonder if he can get any of that back.
Pro: It means I'd be able to watch all the games for free. Con: The mere thought of COFs flooding the board with delusional homerism.
This move would be great. Our bench is very weak and a solid stable bench going forward is vital to our playoff hopes. He can give Parsons some rest with his defense and his 3 point shooting was 38% when he was in a good situation. And plus we would have more fans, go Houston Rockets!!!
Garcia and Delfino's contracts won't be picked up for next season by the Rockets because they want the cap room.
Casspi is easily one of the worst three point shooters in 2k. leave him wide open at his signature hotspot, and he still will miss.
In Israel, he's on cereal boxes and so on, has commercials on TV, and the local channels show Cavs games. Basketball in general is #2 only after soccer, so having a player from a small country make it in the NBA is a big deal to people.
I think Cassipi would be a 'great' pick-up. Seriously. 1) first two seasons at Kings where players go to die, and last two seasons at Cavaliers where role players go to die. Tyreke Evans and Kyrie Irving (great player, more of a scorer) aren't great team/facilitating PGs. 2) Cassipi has shot 36% from 3s in career and that was with Kings and Cavaliers. Neither team has had great spacing, and plays selfishly/isos a lot. Cassipi is a very good rebounder for SF incl offensive glass, which we need for the SF position if we continue to play stretch PFs or park PFs at the 3pt line. 3) If we sign him to rest of season with next two seasons non-guaranteed, perhaps with a decent upfront pay and lower pay next two years, then in the case where Delfino's $3M/yr team option next year becomes useful either if we need the cap space or if we need to trade it for another asset as a piece in a bigger deal, we'll have a back-up to Parsons at the 3. Basically if we look past this season, Delfino could be gone and Garcia definitely gone, and if we get a star heavy roster with 4 guys being paid $45-50M/season, then we need cheap back-ups that can play and Cassipi certainly fits that bill. Plays hard, hustles, decent 3-pt stroke, good rebounder, fairly smart player (at least not dumb) and very much a team player. Just think Beverley signing with TD here. You always need an emergency back-up, and Delfino is no guarantee to be here next year. Dwight's max starts at $20M/yr, because of the number of years he's played in the NBA (2nd max contract vs first). To get there, team options will be declined. Morey said we have $15-20M in cap room next year. The reason to send away Morris was for cap room. And the $20M cap room next year will necessitate not exercising Delfino or trading Delfino for a future pick. Will any GM let Delfino get in the way of picking up Dwight?
