OKC pursuing Carmelo Anthony?

    While it's true Kanters contract is shorter than Anderson's, Anderson can play with Porzingis. Kanter definitely can't. It's not impossible but it's less likely than Houston.

    Also does anyone find it funny how ESPN commentators love Presti but hate Morey even though the two did pretty much the same thing with how they build their team?

    I will also add that one major problem for Houston is that the more teams that think they can get Melo, the less teams that would be willing to help with a three team deal- which are already tough to pull. Portland would have been a good facilitator but they're out. Phoenix would be good in a four team deal but not if Cleveland thinks they could get Melo for Irving. OKC probably wouldn't have helped us anyway; but who can say for sure

    Kanter comes off the books before a better FA period than when Ryno comes off the books.

    As of right now, Kanter/filler is better for the Knicks than what anyone else is willing to or can offer. I just hope Cavs don't freak out and offer up Kyrie. Melo needs to continue replaying the NTC.
