Eagles coming off a huge emotional upset over the rams on primetime. Vegas had this game as a pick em. Love the texans in this spot on the road with the public on Philly

He is the literal worst. I know Jason Witten is the Flavor of the Week in terms of Awful Announcing, but Fouts is an all-time legend when it comes to idiotic hot takes, misinformed opinions, and overall bad color commentary.

On a side note, did anyone hear Mariucci talk about how Watson wasn't good under pressure when announcing the Jets game? Like, do these people EVER look at their notes?

Easily handle the Eagles, then lose to the lowly Jags...its a long tradition for Houston teams unfortunately.

Houston Pro Football has NEVER beaten the Eagles --- Oilers 0-7, Texans 0-4.

    Let's flip the game !!

Forecast for Sun game time in Philly is 40-44 degrees Sunny and light wind. Perfect weather for Houston to win their first game in Philly and broadcast the Rocky song from a boom box on the sideline when the game ends. That will spoil the Rocky song for them forever.

I think I'd rather face Wentz.

I just don't see the Texans winning this one, maybe with Wentz. And, the Colts have the cupcake Giants. There are nightmarish possibilities here, all bad. Oh please let me be wrong and the good guys finish 12-4. What a Christmas present that would be for many, many long-suffering fans like me.

Texans have a 99.9% shot at making the playoffs. And would need to beat a lifeless Jags team at home to lose the division. There is really nothing to be afraid of, only high upside if we win out.

Which Texans regular season games were more important than this one? The letterman patriots game maybe.

Haven't there been games where we were literally playing to get in the playoffs? Even if we win this game it isn't guaranteed we get a bye week.
