I just can't bring myself to hope for a loss, not yet. I want Keenum to get a victory. I want Wade to get a victory. I want Watt to get a victory. I won't be pissed if they lose, but I still want them to win.
I can't root for my team to lose. But I can pretty quickly find a silver lining after it's happened in situations like this.
10 wins would be pretty iron clad for the playoffs though. But yeah , it's hella doubtful atthis point.
This. I won't root for a lose until we are talking about the last few games. Between now and then i want to see Case and the team play hard and win.
The rest of the season should be all about on-the-job training/evaluation for Case. I think in the next month, we'll know if we need to draft a QB in the 1st round or not. Tanking shouldn't start until the last few games of the season. Personally, I hope Case guides us to a 10-6 season. I know it won't happen, but can you imagine how much fun it would be? As for this game, I think we come out as loose as we've ever been and win it.
more likely we'll go on a 5 game win streak, officially have a real shot at the POs, then fizzle out and finish 9-7 or 8-8. Actually, it's pretty much a guarantee that will happen if we go on a streak right now.
we will have them beaten 31 to 10, but then the sprinklers will go off flooding the field. after an hour delay, we have four fumbles that were returned for a td. final score 38 to 31 cardinals win. =( what can possibly go wrong?
i actually think 9-7 gets the last wild card and we've seen teams can get hot. since 7-1 is still possible (unlikely) i hope they win.
