Prediction, dunta robinson gets his first interception of the season. slams the ball ( in celebration) but he was never touched resulting into a fumble. A Seahawk player picks up the ball and scores the game winning touchdown.
Honestly. . . I don't think the Texans have much heart left in them. This game will tell the tell. If they lose this game. . . I would expect them to lose all the rest. Rocket River
Playing for pride. Texans 10 Seahawks 7 Btw, the Seahawks are the last team to visit Reliant Stadium. After Sunday's game will mean all the other NFL teams will have visited Reliant Stadium at least once.
I'm going to make a bold prediction here and say the Texans are going to win out and make the playoffs at 9-7. The only team that has a solid hold on a wildcard are the Broncos and I can easily see the Jaguars losing 3 of their last 4 games. That means that the competition is a bunch of 6-6 teams 1 game ahead of the Texans. The Steelers may have lost Polamalu for the season and they are 2-6 without him in the lineup this season and we play them. We also play the Dolphins and though we don't have the tie breaker on the Jets they aren't so hot right now and have a rough schedule to finish out. The biggest obstacle I see is the Ravens. We just have to hope they stumble some more with Flacco making bonehead decisions. C'mon folks. This is doable!
No tv in Austin. Fox 7 has decided to go with the Saints @ Atlanta game. Normally, I'd register a complaint, but I really can't blame them at this point.
You know Mcnair wouldnt fire a headcoach during the season. But I agree Seahawks win this game. They beat STL next week and lose the final 2 @Mia and home vs the Pats.
Um, no it isn't. First, we do NOT play the Steelers...don't know where you got that from. Here's the best case scenario. Denver is 1 wildcard. Houston wins out. Finishes 9-7. Steelers win at Browns this weekend, lose to Packers at home, beat Ravens at home, lose to Miami on the road. Finish 8-8. Ravens win vs. Lions at home, lose to Chicago at home, lose to Steelers on the road, and doesn't matter vs. Oakland, but let's say win. Finish 8-8. Dolphins beat Jacksonville, Tennessee, lose to Houston, beat Steelers. Finish 9-7, but Houston has head to head tiebreaker. Jacksonville loses to Miami, Indy, New England, Browns, doesn't matter, finishes 8-8. Titans lose at least one of their final 4, and need to lose to Dolphins. Finish at best 8-8. Jets lose at least 2 of their final 4 (Bucs, Falcons, Indy, Bengals). Pretty unlikely. The real issue is Jacksonville. If they beat Miami this weekend, it's basically over...then there's also the issue of the Texans having to win 4 in a row, the Steelers and Ravens both finishing 2-2, and the Jets finishing 2-2. Doable...sure, odds are very very very low.
I have a feeling the Texans will go Astros, and go on a winning streak when they are out of the race, and save Kubiaks job.
