There was some good from today. I thought the run defense looked good - specifically Carlos Watkins. He looks like another solid late round draft pick by Smith. The offensive line wasn't too bad either. I know they went max protect a lot but the Colts have a decent front 7. Savage was kept upright for the most part and the Texans averaged almost 5 yards a carry.

Call it what you want. If you want to say jumping on and off the bandwagon depending on how good the team is doing is the same as taking a hiatus from all football until the politics settles down then yes, by your definition I would be a hypocrite.

Will we win another game this season with Savage?

I'm sure he doesn't want to hear about losing his job either. ;)

To be fair, it actually worked out well. Had we scored they had no time to comeback.

LOL, SMH. If your boy got hit that quickly, you'd have a completely different take on the situation, and I think even you know that. It's okay though, I expect these kinds of hot takes from you guys.

It starts with me Aaron. I gotta do a better job of keeping time & relaying that information to Tom.

He should have hired you to be his spokesman after the New England game.

He said he saved it for a key play.

A 30 second play up his sleeve, apparently

It's not about "hero worship" genius,
Go back and look at the amount plays the guy improvised and tell me that it's due to picture perfect footwork. The makes plays when things break down and can use footwork when there is a pocket to work from. His footwork isn't perfect now, but he still put up numbers. " Footwork" is your way of trying to sound smart while pushing your agenda. The guy adjusted to the speed of the game quicker than anyone thought. But If you think Deshaun has perfect footwork then you don't know what you are looking at.

When you look at the plays that were improvised you saw flashes of what could be, then you look at just about every single pass from the pocket and you saw terrible footwork leading to awful accuracy on just about every pass.

If you can't see a difference between how he was throwing the ball in pre-season to how he was throwing the ball during the season then that's a you problem and I simply can't help you.

I am surprised that you actually will have any doubts to the answer of this simple question.

The Texans will be down by 30 at halftime next week. At least.

Looks like our coaches and players are definitely on the same page.

    Great team work.

Remember that seinfeld episode where elaine gets to experience a first class flight briefly before she's kicked out back to coach?
That's how I feel about the qb situation. We got to experience pure joy. Now it's back to expansion team offense.
