Berman: Andre Johnson given day off Thursday. Still listed as day to day. Game time decision for Sunday.

Sounds like he wont be playing, didn't kubes say if he doesn't practice, he doesn't play. I guess if there was ever an exception on this team it would be AJ

Really discouraging. I'd write him off at this point.

yea, but it's not too discouraging since the Browns are next and if they can't beat the browns at home without AJ then they deserve to lose

I'll be at this game on Sunday. Woot!

My uncle gave me tickets. Even though I'm not a Texans fan, I just couldn't say no to the chance to see them.

you're not one of the UT alums that Austin is sending in a caravan to root for Colt McCoy, are you?

I do like Colt McCoy, though (obviously).

You can support McCoy without rooting for him.

We don't need AJ for the next 2 games, I say let him rest through the bye week.

The NFL gave us two bye weeks this year. The regular one and the Browns game.

The Texans better not let Cleveland hang around or we'll end up in a slugfest. While they may not be Oakland, the Brownies are a legit NFL team.
Chances are, no matter what is said today, Andre sits .......resulting in more of a ball control offense with our defense carrying the day.

    Texans 19
    Browns 10

I don't see this offense ever scoring less than 20 points throughout the rest of the season. Regular season, at least.

    I'll randomly guess:
    Texans: 24
    Browns: 13

Is he coming back too soon? My heart wants him to play but my brain says he should rest up at least through the bye week. We need a healthy AJ to win in the playoffs.

Don't want them to play him. Could use another rest week. Maybe even miss Tampa. Don't want any setbacks going into the second half of the season + playoffs.

Until he goes through a full week of practice I don't want him to play

They were saying he potentially could have played this last week heading into the weekend. He's had his "extra week" to get even more healthy. Let the man play.
