Sorry for the lateness on the Friday thread, I was off grid for most of the day.As always, no PBP in the thread. If you need that try one of the game cast sites. Keep discussion to this series. If it is not about this series it goes somewhere else. 4-9 Brandon Beachy, RHP vs. J.A. Happ, LHP 7:05 on FSH 4-10 Tommy Hanson, RHP vs. Kyle Weiland, RHP 7:05 on FSH 4-11 Randall Delgado, RHP vs. TBA (Wandy?) 7:05 on FSH
LLW (hope i'm wrong). why is wednesday's pitcher TBA? did wandy get dinged up opening day or something?
Not sure I expected Wandy too, but it listed as TBA on the site. My guess is the Astros just have not announced the pitchers for those days. The rest of the games listed after game 2 were all TBA so my guess is it just hasn't been announced by the team.
that would be awesome. braves looked super flat against the mets this weekend. they scored 7 runs in the entire series.
And watch them take it out on us. I remember 2010, when the Braves were on a 9 game losing streak, sitting in last place, and watching them absolutely crush us over a 3 game series. I think reality sets in this series. They are 10-2 against us over the last 2 years (5-2 @ Houston). LLL
F the Braves! I must say though, it's gonna suck when we dont play them anymore. I will have no real rivalries to look forward to next season. LWW I still have no confidence in Happ.
Not that long ago. April 30, 2010, the Braves were 8-14, and the Astros were 8-13 headed into that game.
I love having the free MLB extra innings preview. Watching the Astros has been a blast. It's a fun team, and they seem like they are too young to get caught up in the past and our troubles with the Braves. Hopefully they go out there and play the kind of ball they have been. It never hurts to be optimistic. WWW
I. HATE. THE. BRAVES. Everyone in Alabama are all Braves homers and nothing made me more happy than last year when the Braves didn't make the post season on the last day because of the Astros. WWW
Astros will be honoring Chipper Jones in one of these games since he will be retiring after this year. Braves honored Biggio his final year.
pure class on the part of both organizations. now, beat their asses into oblivion. screw the Br*ves.
