So ends the era of NL Baseball. Cuck the Fubs and all that good stuff. 10-1 Lucas Harrell, RHP vs. Jason Berken, RHP 7:05 on FSH 10-2 Bud Norris, RHP vs. Chris Volstad, RHP 7:05 on FSH 10-3 Edgar Gonzalez, RHP vs. Travis Wood, LHP 1:20 on FSH I guess putting Cuck the Fubs actually triggered the tag to auto pop up
A sweep would enable us to avoid breaking last years loss total, and most losses for a season in the clubs history, so big thumbs up for the brooms.
NL era in 'stros history began with the Cubs...and it ends with the Cubs. I'm prepared to be pretty bummed out Wednesday afternoon.
An end of an era.....true. But the beginning of a new one as well Its not a reach to say that probably every year in the AL for the first 5 anyway, we will get better. How many other AL clubs will be able to say that
WWWW We get a fourth win by not eclipsing last year's loss total and by sticking it to the Cubs!! Go 'stros!! (and Cuck the Fubs!!)
your precious #1 draft pick is mathematically clinched. No point in losing. Kick their asses. Burn Selig in effigy. **** the Cubs. **** Bud Selig. **** the DH. **** the junior circuit. **** the Rangers and Nolan Ryan. any questions? **** your questions.

I was one of the guys who had high hopes for Fernando Martinez. He got off to a really slow start, but over his last 85 PA .301 Avg .384 OBP .589 Slg% .973 OPS Even before this recent 3 day explosion, he had been sporting an .845 OPS over the stretch. He has been HBP 5 times, so his OBP is inflated. But it gives a little hope he may be starting to realize his potential. Dominguez and Castro are also finishing very strong. I expect to see all 3 of them starting at the beginning of next year.
I agree. Next year's lineup may look like this: C Castro 1B Wallace 2B Altuve SS Lowrie 3B Dominguez RF F. Martinez CF Maxwell LF Paredes DH JD Martinez That lineup isn't too ****ty.
Cubs clinched the #2 pick with the loss and the Rockies win. We'll be the only 2 teams with 100 losses. Well deserved by both.
