Off topic. Friend of mine (not a baseball fan, says baseball players are least athletic) - he says nobody on the Astros could keep up with any Rockets player. Endurance / Gym etc.
Yep... those who were staunchly against the trade, and claiming that they had enough with Fiers holding down the ship, should totally admit their fault and eat crow. Its amazing to see how this rotation has transformed in just less than one year.
Good for your friend. Pretty sure not a single Rocket player could either throw mid 90's or hit a mid 90's fastball. You also don't have to be 6'5 + to be a potential superstar in baseball... whereas its basically a requisite in basketball. That's the beauty of sports. If all athletes could excel at all sports, it would almost take away the allure.
Dear god those old Tigers uniforms were terrible. eta: Nevermind, those were from the "Players Weekend" when teams seemingly were competing for some sort of ugliest uniform award. No wonder I didn't recongnize that jersey.

This is like the most White Sox thing there is.... I wonder if Shields will get his car towed again. Bombed twice the last couple years at home and went to the garage to find out his car had been “accidentally towed”. Maybe Kenny Williams will attack someone with a plastic knife from White Castle in the bottom of the 8th.
