    cardiovascular disease is the leading global cause of death in the world. February is American Heart Month so take care of your health CF. Hope he has a fast recovery.

    This. Diabetes runs in my family and doctor told me I was pre-diabetic two years ago. That was it! Processed foods, sugars, fatty milk, red meat, etc. all got thrown out. None of that stuff is good. Luckily those vitals went down and I'm out of that stage.

    Hope whoever it was is feeling better. That must have been really scary for everyone involved. Going plant-based for a little while wouldn't hurt.

    This. I know Daryl loves Whataburger and Sonic... but that stuff is terrible. Daryl needs to improve his diet and mix in some yoga.

    glad to hear you are out of that stage. Diabetes can get out of control but with diet and exercise can be a game changer to anyones health.
