The new owner of the NBA is terrible, not only is he making the nba even more soft to the point if two players look at each other wrong it’s a tech, now this bs

You disagree that players shouldn't be allowed to roll with long-ass trailing headband stuff, whipping it around at will?

When did this become a necessary thing in order to play basketball? It's not an athletic brace or anything...just for show as far as I know.

I’m all for players being able to express themselves on the court provided it doesn’t harm the game or offend the fans. I find it gross what Steph Curry does with his mouth guard. Ban him, not ninjas.

it helps to cool u down and prevents sweat from getting in your eyes...it also won’t dry out your hair like these cotton headbands do, and u can adjust how tight u want it to be...it’s not just for show

No, modern headbands do all that without the extra fluff. The textile technology has greatly improved.

Modern headbands allow u to adjust how tight they are and aren’t made out of cotton now? U saying that these head ties are only for show is just incorrect.

I'm saying they don't need to be hanging 2 feet off the back of their heads and flopping all around in people's faces.

There's enough flopping in the NBA already.

The ones I use also let you adjust for tightness. I would also think that Nike or whoever could make custom NBA sized headbands, that don't need to be tied and adjusted, just like they do with shoes.

To much urbanization for you?. Lol.

It’s somewhat athletic wear as it works similar to a head band and can keep some players hair up and it whipping players in the face is a bit over exaggerated.

    Cheap shot.

You could read the post right ****ing above yours for clarification.

eta: and yeah, I get it. I just wouldn't have wanted to get slapped in the eyes with hair or bandanas.

All good. And personally I don't give a damn if the NBA bans this or that.

WTF uninformed journalists. I won't call it racists because there's no inherent hate towards the Japanese in this article.
How is that ninja? When i read the title, I thought I was going to see players with full balaclava face masks.
The head bands aren't ninja at all.

PS: yo usure Nike haven't found a way to make money off of this?
