The "Playoffs" logo change is ok, though not great. But the Finals is awful. There was an elegance to the previous one. Now it looks all stock. Like something Microsoft would do. Thanks Balmer.
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/...a-players-and-fans-now-and-in-the-future/amp/ Good to hear they expect more team jersey design changes next off-season. Interesting to read how light it is and will automatically lift off of the body. Adidas technology sucked!
As a whole, funny that we all micromanage all of these new Nike uniforms with their style decisions....when the REALITY is even if you have a uniform we all agree is awesome....these AD PATCHES JUNK UP the design so much, it doesn't even matter.
So far, every change they've made has been utter trash. Looks like there's a serious lack of talent in branding and logo design right now. Whoever designed the new Finals logo needs to be fired immediately.
http://uniwatchfansfb.blogspot.nl/2017/09/best-nba-nike-team-uniform.html Spoiler: Rockets are not in the top 25 How the Cavs are perceived so horribly is something I really don't get. Sure they could do better with the spacing, but that seems to be more of a Nike problem as a lot of teams have that. The dark blue letters is not the best either. My guess is people liked the old ones and have a problem with the tire marks alternate, which sets a long feared precedent of advertisement clearly influencing the look of the jersey.
Nike quality is doo doo. SMH. BBB should be making all the jerseys and apparel. $350 per replica jersey and that's a steal.
Nike and these designers really made the dumbest decision to try and cramp all of this in 30-40% of the jersey. Should’ve lowered the number and the name so it’s doesn’t look so cluttered. In soccer, they spread it out which is why it’s not this bothersome.
I think soccer jerseys are far more bothersome. At least here they've confined the atrocity to a small area of the jersey. I'm cherishing these precious few years where the ads are minimal. It's inevitable that they're gonna increase the ad area of the jerseys over the years, sadly.
