Typically against the death penalty, but can't argue it here.

Of course there's an argument against it. Unless by "here" you mean the Hangout.

I am in the same boat. He put that bag down right beside that little boy knowing it would kill him. To me he is up there with the worst of the worst.

I'm not against the death penalty, just how easily it is administered. I think the burden of proof for the death penalty should be higher. In this case, there is no chance that he is innocent so drown him in a pool of pig's blood.

I'm also against the death penalty. I do agree with giving this guy the harshest penalty which is available under the current laws that apply, though.

What burden of proof is greater than beyond a reasonable doubt? The idea of setting the bar there is so "there is no [reasonable] chance that he is innocent".

This guy is getting off easy.

He's going to die either way.

Option 1: spend the rest of his life in the Florence, Colorado supermax prison, and dying there. Considered by many to truly be hell on earth. Pure isolation and virtually no human interaction.

Option 2: dying in the next few years through a painless execution.

His family is suffering either way. Nothing wrong with having sympathy for them.

Feel free to exclude her then. I feel pity for someone in that much denial though. Nobody wins when stuff like this happens.

Wasn't she the one who first got into an extremist group and introduced them to it?

Not that I disagree with you but beyond ANY doubt is of course greater.

Reasonable or illogical. Eg ... This situation where it is so obvious with so much evidence with admission of guilt, etc.

It didn't personally affect me much at all, if after a proper trial the people of Boston want to kill him, let 'em kill him.

    Still feeling for his mother?

Boston bomber's mother: America will 'burn in hell'

THE mother of Boston marathon bomber Dzokhar Tsarnaev has said America will "burn in the flames of an eternal and terrifying fire" after her son was sentenced to death.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva wrote in a WhatsApp message to supporter Zarina Kasenova on Sunday: "They think that they are killing us and they celebrate this, but we are the ones who will rejoice when Allah grants us the chance to behold them in the flames of an eternal and terrifying fire, an otherworldly flame."
