Was at the game Sunday and noticed them doing this. I like the idea, kinda how the PA announcer from the Heat says “two minutes, DOS” or the Pels where the fans won’t sit until the Pels make a shot. Fertita is trying to fix the crowd issue and I’m all in with him.

OKC fans also don't sit until the first basket is made

at least it’s something...there are people at the games who will only get up to use the bathroom, go get some food, or when it’s free T-shirt time

Also hard to do at the beginning of halves, when the arena is half empty.

    that's what really needs fixing.

this is a nice tradition if they can get it going. some college teams stand at the beginning of the game until their first point. that would be fun for the fans to adopt, and useful since the rockets get out to slow starts.

man, I’ve sat next to people who were quiet all game, and then all of the sudden the T-shirts come out and they’re rowdy...once that was done they went back to acting like they were at the library

I’m looking at them like o_O

Only if we could get those same damn seats filled in the lower bowl. Notice it’s always the same seats missing. Pathetic corporate money...spend it..just to spend it...

Sounds lame. Now wonder people aren’t going to the games.

Next we will be standing until the Rockets make their first basket. Thunder wannabes.

And also when Joe Johnson gets the ball you need to call out Joe Joe burgers. That's going to be Joe's nickname. Go Joe Joe burgers.

Someone Photoshop me a profile pic with Joe and a burger. I'll give a small Paypal reward.

Pretty keen on this burger idea.
