Top 50 = better than 2/3 of NBA starters Top 75 = better than half of NBA starters Top 100 = better than 1/3 of NBA starters I can't support calling him anything more than top 75 after the season he just had.
What's weird is I think you're really high on Melo. I'm excited about his acquisition for the minimum but I think both Capela and Gordon are more valuable players at this time.
I his absolute prime and that was with the Knicks, he was a top 5 player. That lasted two seasons maybe.
List has flaws obviously. Even I doubt that Melo is #32 at this point, but he is in top 50. And I get that this is Rockets forum but there is no better player in the world than Kevin Durant except Lebron James. That is a fact and anyone claiming Harden is better - just stop. And that's coming from biggest KD hater in the world.
Melo is going to have some of you guys eat your own words. Big time prediction: dude is going to have a great year for us. Easy buckets from pgawd and MVP Harden.
Who cares. It's his opinion. Just like everyone else here responding (or overreacting) to yet ANOTHER Melo thread.
Uhh no. Those 7 guys was just going off your list. There are way more players better than Melo. Khris Middleton, Jrue Holiday, Steven Adams, Gary Harris, DeAndre Jordan, Otto Porter, Harrison Barnes, Goran Dragic, Brandon Ingram, Jaylen Brown, Joe Ingles, etc.... Based on his play last season, Melo isn’t even a top 80 player.
Top ten thread topic creation material but NBA player nope... Did Nene watch the Jazz series where Melo looked like an old man?
