Taytum is more Lebron lite than Simmons because he can actually make open shots. I think Simmons more similar to Iggy with better playmaking but worse shot.

LMAO. Simmons is more like Lonzo with height. Neither can shoot worth a crap.

 

Simmons is closer to LeBron than Tatum. On most days, Simmons' vision makes him walking near-triple-double. Tatum is more like Kawhi without the all-world defense.

Lebron has been a good shooter though year 1. Year 3 he became an excellent shooter, now his FG and 3 pt are even higher than Kobe's. There were some memes of of Boston Celts just backing off Simmons in the playoffs Lebron has never been disrespected like that his entire career.

Simmons also lacks the brute force physicality of a young Lebron, Lebron has the body of Malone with the speed and agility of Kobe, Simmons isnt as gifted. Thats why I compared him to Iggy his proportions and athleticism are similar to Iggy. I guess you can also compare him to Lonzo Ball, if you made Ball taller and an SF his stats would be similar to Simmons.

 

Agreed. Simmons is physically stronger than most people think.

Simmons' complete lack of a jumper is very weird. LeBron wasn't a good shooter early on but he wasn't a non-shooter. Simmons will be a walking playoff failure waiting to happen until he can hit open jumpers and shoot a decent FT%.

 

I did the same thing. I was sure it was an error, but it made me curious for sure.
