Today's win brought us back into the series and I was happy to see Harden take the ball to the basket (Something that eluded him much in the first two games when he settled too much on the step-back). But one thing remains... have Paul run the offense at times as well when Harden is on the floor.

I appreciate the fact that Harden had 41 pts and we needed all of it, but when he was out and Paul took over (not only this game but in game #2 as well) Houston took the Warriors by surprise. They didn't expect Harden to push to the basket so many times to finish at the rim and that was an awesome game plan, but now it's time to push that envelope even further. They will not expect Harden to defer to Paul 50/50 when both are on the court and in the second half that is exactly what needs to happen.

We need to see the two-headed monster that we all thought we were getting when Paul came here. This is a series where ego has to take a backseat and they have to attack in all phases. The Warriors have a tough-minded team with 3 of the best pure shooters in the league, but the difference right now between us and them is the mind-set to get over the top and win the series. To combat that we have to push the ball, rotate our guards for clean easy shots and when we do go into an iso not to settle for that step-back 3 all the time. The one thing I saw is missed 3-pointers leads to long rebounds. The defender of the 3 assumes it won't go in and leaks out to the other end of the court for an easy basket (or even an open 3). Those can't happen as missing a step-back 3 in iso situations is almost like having a turnover.

Game #4 is our time to punch them in the mouth and we have to strike early before Curry wakes up from his daze and starts draining those 3s. It's going to be tough to win this series for us, but I'm in the mindset to make it tough for them to win it as well. Every game has been close (with Game #1 being the game that got away). Houston can do this but they have to play as they've said all year (RUN AS ONE)
