    My wife is doing up a play list for her next week's spin class, in light of the election she wants to do it on peace love and understanding a la Elvis Costello. Any good song ideas? should have a pretty good beat to it, although she varies the pace so hit me with what you got.

    these are all great choices, I'm passing them along. Speaking of the Ramones, she used Alice Cooper's "Elected" in last week's class (theme: elections of course) and there are some people who say the Ramones stole the main riff from Cooper. You be the judge.

    Also, a bit of trivia - Peace, Love, and Understanding isn't actually a Costello song. It was written and originally performed by Costello's producer, Nick Lowe. Costello just recorded a cover version.
