This is the statement that gets the discussion going nowhere. And I do not think it is necessarily even true. As a STH, I look at price of the season package to be price of ownership of the seats and rights to the playoffs. I don't look at is as 44 games at $x per game. So, I will glady pay the same amount for less regular season games. It will make a better product. The game is not meant to be played this many times per week. And national TV Contracts will not suffer at ALL. There will be the same amount of days in the schedule, same amount of televised games. You lose some concessions, local TV and stadium ad space in exchange for making a better product. The argument "we'll make less money" is overrated is my strong opinion.
He's playing two starters plus Patty Mills, Lee and Gasol at home against GSW's worst starter and a very weak bench. But let's go ahead and make a big deal about this.
If i'm Kerr, I would at least have played Curry. Just to give Curry that feeling that he has to carry the team to the win again. He's probably lost that edge playing with so many all-stars for the past 3 seasons or so.
I'm wondering if the warriors regret resting everyone. This would have been an easy win for GS given Leonard and Aldridge are out.
blazers choking another 20 pt lead. nothing new. one of the worst front runners in the league. wiz seem to come back in the 2nd half in like 40% of their games this year no joke - and usually from double digit deficits
Wizards just came back from 20 last night to win in OT. Same scenario tonight... if they pull this out, simply incredible mental fortitude
So Morris hits the game winner but stepped out of bounds in the process and supposedly it's not reviewable.....they need to fix this man
yep he was definitely out of bounds...doesn't matter though. blazers should cry more about their porous defense and choke job than a missed call. don't blow a 20 point lead and you don't have to worry about that call.
