This is an old subject. I've always believed that the Barkley trade was not worth it, getting rid of both Cassell and Horry who had been important pieces in the championship runs. It was for beating Seattle. But you don't just build your team for one single opponent. Barkley was already over the hill. And his skills did not mesh well with Dream with both loving to get the ball on the left block.
