This^^^, I guess we should take what Joe Blow on Facebook says as the reason we won't have a good team. That list had people saying the Rockets, some said the Hornets, and some geniuses even said the Timberwolves....

I'm going to go out on a limb and say they probably aren't very sure of what they are talking about....

NBA facebook fans didn't stream the summer league games?

It's to be expected, and honestly isn't that far off from reality. We've got rookies, sophmores, and no-names.

The responses are centered on Rockets, Suns, and Kings...and that wouldn't be a horrible parlay for the worst 3 in the West. Even the Warriors have more star/firepower than we do as it stands.

We still don't know if we have a player that can consistently draw a double team. That's a huge first step towards relevancy.

Um....let's prove the haters right. We'll prove them wrong next year, after we have Cody Zeller.

Oh, well, since they're experts

First, I've found the fans that are more likely to answer something like that are fairly casual fans. Fans that follow teams closely usually won't bother answering.

Second, A lot has been made about us collecting forwards. I get it's unusual, but we don't have 3 or 4 scolas. We have young guys, with potential, who may or may not work out, but their deals are flexible enough that we can unload them, if needed. A lot of casual fans don't understand hybrid position players and think guys like Jones and White only play one position. If you take versatility into consideration, we're not stockpiling PFs, but rather have a healthy amount of small forwards, power forwards, and centers.

Third, casual fans also don't understand the contracts given to Lin and Asik. They think Lin got a superstar contract because of all the fuzz the media made about the third year. They think Asik sucks because they only look at basketball card stats.

For these reasons, they seem to think Houston has no plan, is overpaying players, and the whole franchise is spiraling downward.

    Sorry about that post.

I should have went on and stated that our Roster is a giant (??????????) to me.

Maybe we shine this season, maybe we get the #1 pick.

    I don't know.
