How can the guys pick, from the top 10 votes the guys get in front court and backcourt in East and West so two times 12 out of 40? There's really no East and West any more right? Do the coaches have a say, is it just the starters that get picked by the leaders?

I believe this is how it works. The top 2 guards and 3 fowards/centers voted will start like before and the top leader in the division gets to pick from a pool of bench players the coaches pick like before.

I think it would be cool if they let the fans vote in the starters, then each team captain (vote leader) got to pick his entire bench with every remaining player in the league eligible. That would add a great new dimension to the inevitable annual snubs.
