My solution to the division of our country.

    Why don't we just divide our country. If you want Gore to be your president, go over to the Democratic States of America. If you would rather have Bush, the Republican States of America are for you. We split up all of the resources and become two countries. Each of these would still be a world superpower and people would probably get along better in their respective countries. We could even allow for the countries to merge back together if both sides decide that is what they want in 4 more years.
    Our country is just too big and too diverse for its own good. We have reached a point where there is no majority view and it is impossible to get anything done.
    Even better would be to have 50 seperate countries by just removing the federal government altogether and giving all of those responsibilities to the states.
