The funniest part is that the Rox were walking around casually and they thought a foul had been whistled. Then when Yao passed the ball to Rafer and they realized the clock was still running, they had this WTF  look on their faces. Hilarious.

you know the refs hate yao so much they did not want yao to have a better stat number with 2 more meanless points.

If there was ever an egregious example of the fact that referees are subconsciously (or perhaps intentionally) biased against big men in the league...THAT WAS IT.

Fortunately, it worked out for us this time. Didn't a similar thing happen at the end of game 2? I'm feeling a bit of deja vu here.

If Boozer would stop complaining after every play, maybe he would have had time to foul Yao :) It looked like he was begging for a goaltend before realizing "oh yeah... must foul"

and if this isn't proof that Yao never gets calls, then I don't know what is...

Painful game to watch for Yao. I just about threw my glowstick-thingies a few times (mercifully my wife took them away from me so I would not get kicked out.)

The flopping, and the refs inability to notice it, was totally out of hand.

    Great game though. Great game.

    lol, awesome post.

however, the refs are smarting than we're giving them credit. most places had Rox favored to win by 6, and two more Yao free throws would've clinched just that. the refs don't want no push, and clearly (since they bet against the rox) they happily settled for Utah's win against the spread.

    hahahahaha...... what an awesome observation.

f' the jazz. yao's forearms will be purple tomorrow, but we need to do something about boozer. this guy is like a kobe-type scorer at the 4-position.

    Nicely presented Will.

Sooo hilarious...Boozer yelling "C'mon!" (call the foul) to the refs. Refs just standing there. Yao clinging on to the ball for dear life.

Slap slap slap slap slap. Silence.

    F'in hilarious!!! :D

    Anybody with U-Tube....thanks in advance!

yes...I remember they were tryin to intentional foul and the refs werent calling it until it got passed up the court and then they didnt call it until (Rafer I think) got the ball

It is amazing with all the no calls on Yao and T-Mac. Jazz fan still crying out after the game and blame official for their loss. Only one Jazz fan is man enough to say that they got beat tonight by the Rockets not the official.
