I am probably not saying anything that y'all rockets fans say every time the rockets lose a game. Stats don't lie, and it is clear that harden struggles in the half court game when the game gets close. Looking back at his stats, I think when harden has a clear #2, he was much better at end of game situations. And clearly whatever harden is doing the rockets are winning which is all that matters, but I do think that the rockets are going to need to figure out how to win close the games to move on in the playoffs. It was the same with the warriors and basically every team that plays this style. They blow teams out or get blown out, living and dying by the 3. When they are rolling they look like world beaters.

Why yes, yes I am. As for the OP, he can go eat a bag of dicks because his team got destroyed tonight despite the refs doing everything they could to keep them in it. Grizz should have lost the last game against us too if not for the same horrible officiating. It's also a proven real stat that the more close games you play even if you win a lot of them show that you really are not a good team. The grizz are interesting because they do seem to win a lot of these close games over the last 5 years but there point differential has been that of a 500. Team for 2 years now. They are a good team that will get bounced in the 1st round by any team in the top 4 who they would have to play. Them coming back on the Warriors was more about what the Warriors did then them being some comback specialist. Bottem line is I they replayed that scenerio 10 times over the grizz wouldn't win one time. Lets even look at the grizz vs the rockets. The rockets have had a double digit lead at some point in every game. Even with the the grizz winning 2 of the 3 they still have been outscored overall by 14 points or so. What the rockets and warriors do against the grizz is more sustainable than the grizz having to come back from double digits literally every time. And I know you didn't just try and compare Mike conely to James harden. You don't even have to be a rockets fan to know that hardens talent and game is light years ahead of conelys. James just moved over to pg for the first time in his life and has doubled conelys assist avg while also avg over 10 ppg more.
This is the definition of a fairweather fan and fairweather poster. When the Grizz are doing alright, he/she makes a ton of noise and trolls Rockets fans. When the Grizz have nothing to cheer about, he/she vanishes and supports the Rockets or whichever team is currently "hot." Actually, this thread isn't about the All-Star game at all. It's a hidden attempt to acknowledge that the OP is a Grizz apologist. The OP seems to forget that there are countless posters on Clutchfans that are incredibly-knowledgeable about other teams, stats and the game in general. For your stats comparing James to Mike, any one of us could find stats that show James is the superior player overall. Sure, James could take better care of the ball at times, but considering that he is really playing out of position and STILL has a greater impact on his team than Mike, I'm not sure what you're scratching at. We get it. You love the Grizz. We love the Rockets, but we're not blinded by fandom.
I don't know or care about the OP. But imo if Marc Gasol isnt an All Star this year, it will be a travesty. Why do Davis and Cousins get all the excuses and deserve it more than Gasol who actually got the Griz on his back and got them WINS? Gasol plays both ways of the court, Cousins most of the time forgets what defence is.
