The official report will be that Harden charged ZBo first, and then ZBo hacked him. And then they'll suspend Harden for a game.
this report **** is so stupid. what is supposed to accomplish? help the refs learn how to the job they should already know how to do?
This last 2 minute report doesn't even make refs accountable It's time for Les to start voicing a strong opinion toward refs
Les already voiced his opinion on the Rockets on Red Nation... Doesnt give a crap about championships.... Its all about the money. The only way the league or les will listen to the fans is if we hitem in the pocket books. We can whine and post all we want, but if we dont take action we just gonna keep getting frustrated and ruin our days. This is not sport. It is a reality show. I love my team, i hate what the league has become. Im not supporting NBA untill they start honoring their fans and the game again. Hell the players have lock outs, who says fans cant LOCK OUT.
I can already see it now, when the report comes out they will acknowledge that Harden should have gotten the foul call there, but they will throw in a few no calls the other way to make it seem even.
I don't know how they didn't call an AND1 on the Terrence Jones bucket at the 1 minute mark. The Memphis player jumped and landed all over his back and yet there was no call.
The shot shouldn't have counted. It wouldn't have been an and 1 even if it was called correctly. When Lee jumped on his back, Jones went up but lost the ball. Then he picked it up again and then went up again and scored. If the foul was called he would have been shooting 2 free throws instead of making the basket a second later after he was fouled. Although the refs blew the call, it worked out just as well for the Rockets because he scored 2 points. It's still BS though because if Jones wouldn't have been a beast and picked up the ball again and scored, that would have been another potential 2 points the refs would have taken from the Rockets in crunch time.
Harden will be suspended for being too good at basketball. It's not fair to the league and he should wait for his defender to get back in front of him before he continues the drive. That's basically what it has come to. The message from the NBA to the players is clear, "Yes he's way better than all of you, so we will let you foul him as much as you want and we at most will only call half the calls, and we will swallow our whistle during game winning drives."
Looking at the box score, looks like the entire team shot only 5 FT's the whole game. Pretty disturbing. Refs absolutely swallowed their whistles.
I'm with you but no way fans go on a lockout. With so many ppl waiting to go to games or having bad days, sports just keep ppl sane. Les is in a win-win situation. Not to mention the fourth largest city.
