My entire basketball team has flu symptoms with 6 games left in the season

    Great news. After taking measures to rest and hydrate the team all week, my team picked up two wins in two games, including sticking the first place team with their second loss to us. That brings us back up to being tied for first place. With four games left in the season, and 8 out of my 9 players healthy, we now have a fighting chance to win the district again, but we need to win out.

    What a crazy situation. From what I heard, all the teams were hungry for some payback. Time for us to get back to business and take it one game at a time. I've already circled the team that beat us while we were very sick. We'll be extra focused for that game.

    Made some adjustments on coverage, reminded them of the things they had to do, pointed out what they did well, Made them hydrate and rest since we didn't have a hard practice all week. Nothing really inspirational. Just told them they've been through too much this season to let anyone else win the championship.

    I think your administrators should be considering tabling the season and stamping out the contagion, this seems like it would be a lawsuit magnet nowadays.
