I was looking at this poll: http://espn.go.com/espn/fp/flashPollResultsState?sportIndex=frontpage&pollId=3440069 And it seems like more texans cared about the packers vs 49ers game than the texans game. I know austin + SA are cowboys country, but given that the cowboys suck I would have thought they might switch to be a Texans fans.
i haven't clicked on the poll because I don't want to see the entire nation saying NE will win. So there's the reason I haven't voted. I wonder if others have anything similar going
This is a big state, we shouldn't like anything as a whole, too much competition. We don't even agree inner-city-wise, Texas didn't even pick Manziel to repeat as Heisman next year but the other SEC states did. We all hate each other and I love it.
http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/polls - Here is where you go vote, ClutchFans. I was going to say this. Most Texans still haven't realized the Cowboys aren't America's team anymore.
No surprise, the pecking order for football in Texas has been: 1. COWBOYS 2. COWBOYS 3. COWBOYS 4. Texas Longhorns 5. Houston Texans
Maybe this year: 1-3 Cowboys 4 Aggies 5 Longhorns 6 Texans However there are a lot of bandwagon fans. I guess the texans bandwagon balloon has been deflated.
