Jimmy Butler is running away with this like its a robbery. Check out his stats at this link: http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/b/butleji01.html Its nuts the improvement he's made each year. I'm more surprised by the progress he's made on the offensive end considering how raw and unpolished it was when he first came into the league. He's known for his great defense and rebounding and that has improved as well. I think he's the best player on the Bulls right now. He's basically ask to carry the Bulls every night and keeping them close to the top in the conference while injuries had kept Rose, Noah and Gibson out of most games. Only time will tell if he can keep this high level of play. Not bad for a 30th pick. Next runner up is Antonio Davis
Let's be realistic - injuries are coming if he keeps playing 40 minutes per game. That's just insane and his legs won't be able withstand the load. ACL won't get him near to MIP award.
The first 3 games MKG was really good, and fit right in like a glove and plead overall better, he just came back and has been okay,he was my pick early in the season. Right now it is Butlers to lose.
