Classic Mur-E. Sitting around doing nothing, while the rich get richer. One day he will learn to value role players. Coin flipper gonna coin flip.

Gary Neal would've been interesting for us if he has his shot back

Watch Gary Neal get bought out, go back to the Spurs and get his shot back in time for the playoffs.

Forgot to add, the positive aspect of this trade is that it takes another would be bidder for a PG out of the picture and establishes a really low floor in trade value for a rotation PG (that could spot start if needed).

I agree with the first part of your statement, but they are not many rotation PG's that can spot start who would come cheap.

Didn't they almost get into a fight with each other last year?

Guys like Mo Williams, Ridnour, and Jack can start and all this trade does is establish value for backup PG that are fall back options. Given the relative cheap price, this does open up the possibility of trading for both depth at the PG spot while adding another bigger playmaking or rim protection piece.

    There are:

    Jarrett Jack
    Jameer Nelson
    DJ Augustin
    CJ Watson
    Rodney Stuckey
    Mario Chalmers
    Jose Calderon
    Darren Collison

Almost all of those guys should come for cheap, which to me means no NOP 1st or Capela. Some combination of 2nds and expirings would get most of those players.......maybe you add in TJones for a Darren Collison.

Would love to pick up Jack. I think he'd be incredible with this team. Wonder if the Williams deal lowers the asking price for other PGs

Someone else mentioned this.....I am intrigued to see if Sacramento goes after Lawson, given the Karl connection, and wonder if that would put Collison on the trade block. He fit well with CP3, so I think it would work with him and Harden.

Which also means that IF traded the NOP 1st and combination of TJones or other players will get you a better PG.
