Interviewer: "thank you for coming in."

Tyson: "**** you."

 

Cannot blame Mike Tyson for what he said. The guy is lucky Tyson only reacted verbally to his comments versus going ballistic and start hitting him.

I've never seen a guy try so hard to not get punched by a former boxing champ.

Mike overreacted though, he could have just avoided commenting on that question and made his feelings known privately. OTOH, this seemed like a sort of restrained reaction given he looked like he was going to hit the guy.

what kind of response did the interviewer expect?

Considering the Mike Tyson we once knew, I would say that was pretty restrained.

The host knew exactly what he was doing, and it was a d-bag move.

 

i'd like to see more of the interview, it seems a little much even for mike to react like that, but bringing up something like that is a touchy subject

"hey mike you were convicted of rape tell me more..." not an exact quote

 

LOL, Mike Tyson is still a very scary man. I would not want to be on his bad side.

You could just feel Tyson simmering as the interview went on. Probably best to just end it and get the **** out of there asap.

That interviewer is an idiot. What did he think would happen would he just casually threw in "you're a rapist"?

 

Really, Mike was trying to say when he said "you come across as a nice guy but you're a [expletive]" was: "Since you're black, I didn't think you would bring up my criminal past, man... I thought we was brothas, main!" But the guy did.
