Worth a shot for little money, was amazing a couple years ago....how would he with a decent QB? Solid citizen...no arrests, raises money for literacy...if he can play I could see the Texans management give him a shot.
He is still young and wouldn't cost anything more than the league minimum. Had 14 touchdowns in 2009 and 2010 so could be a red zone threat to help replace Joel Dressen who had 6 touchdowns last year. Texans also working out Justin Forsett Wednesday another guy who would a upgrade for the 3rd running position then what they currently have probably.
good bye andre johnson! no, i think it's a solid move to invite him for a work out. He would now have a quaterback and the kubiak offense to resurrect his career.
Fantastic move if we pick him up. Has a chance to push Walter for reps if he catches on with the system and blocking.
Wow, if we sign him, we suddenly go from crappy wr corps to AJ, Sims-Walker, KW, and a slew of rookie receivers with potential. I'll happily take that.
Signing him and Bradie James better not cost us the 3rd round draft pick coming to us from Williams signing with the Bills.
Love the move. Is this because the Texans saw very little to be excited about with the incoming WR's in OTA's?
