Here's my only interaction with Mike James, I coach Team Casey during he Nike Procity Summer League and Mike James was on a team with Steve, Cassell, and Moochie (who is all pro summer league). Mike arrives late to the game, checks in for Cassell and proceeds to stink up the joint with off balance jumpers and crazy drives to the bucket. At that point Cassell checks back into the game for Mike and he goes ballistic on Kevin Granger who runs the league saying "Get me the F*** off this team of B*****"! Steve, Cassell, and Moochie look at him as if he's lost his mind, which in my opinion, I thought he did. I'm leary of Mike Jame's prima dona attitude, thinking he's the 1st or 2nd option when in reality he's the 3rd or 4th option at best. Can't wait to see his reaction when Tmac gets in his face. Negative attitude waiting to happen.
I can't wait when T-mac gets in his face. I got a big feeling Rafer and Mike James aren't gonna like each other for ****.
And with Artest on board.. This team will just be a UFC waiting to happen. All the other team needs to do is say "yo Mike, I heard Rafer said you can't control the ball worth [poop]" and then walk over to McGriddles and say "I heard MJ said he can shoot better than you."
They grew up together in NY. They're good friends. Kevin Granger's a good man. He does a great job running the league every summer.
well hopefully James was just frustrated cuz he sucked that game, and that this doesn't turn out to be a long term problem.
Hey at least will have a player on the floor who has some damn passion for the game. Game 7 vs the Jazz T-mac looked like he was late for the sofa and a netflix movie. I hope he does bring an attitude because this team needs it. Even Bonzi was mellow last year. Must be all them big booties in Houston!

You know what you guys are right, we shouldnt make any changes to our team. We don't need all-star caliber players like Ron Artest or Rashard Lewis. We dont need a player who can create like James, we should just stand pat and go with what we got. Now that I think of it lets just forfeit our draft pick we have. Man I swear we could acquire Lebron James for V-span and there would still be haters in here.
