She wasn't even flirting with him. It's pretty obvious to me, in context with her previous sentence, she was referring to how good he looks when playing basketball for the Rockets right now, not his appearance in general.
Over 90% of rape and sexual assault victims are women (and in that less then 10% of men, a portion is still from other men). This is a double standard that makes sense. Also, I agree with @durvasa and @ipaman anyways.
