I have Xfinity and pay for their business internet speed. I've built out a mancave/office/jam room over my detached garage and have tried to use Xfinity's mesh pods but get too small of a signal to depend on. My question to those in the know: Would a mesh network work or is going hardwired the sure fire way? I think a mesh would be much cheaper than running a CAT 5 from my gateway outside and into the room. Any suggestions?
