No O? Then what about this? Oh, nvm, it was the wrong basket Omer "The Assist Assassin" Asik cracks me up (only when we win though)
Maybe he was afraid of getting swatted from behind by the reincarnation of 1985 Akeem so he "dropped it off" to the trailer. And so goes another assist for JLin after he beat the odds on his "homerun" pass.
It's really weird how he could be so bad handling the ball around the rim, when his footwork can look so fluid at times. I think he's palming the ball too much and not letting it roll off his fingers. Whatever it is, i think he's going to get it eventually. Those nice spin moves and fade aways are no flukes. He's got the ability to do it, just needs a better touch.
Seriously, did he just lost control of the ball, or was just confused and passed the ball back to Utah?
It's sad how we ridicule big men for not doing things we think should be easy. Fact is any 260 pound seven footer running at the rim would have problem making that play. Their body doesn't react like a SF or PF. That's what made Shaq/Yao/Dream so amazing.
Oh man, just rewatched that segment on lp and can't stop cracking up. Why didn't he just do a 2 foot jump stop, gather, and then dunk it? To be fair, Lin's outlet pass led him a little too much but it looked like he had control of it when he decided to do his ballerina move.
I'm already impressed by the fact that he can do spin moves not without tripping on his own two feet.
