It pretty much sounds like he felt Clint was entitled to the minutes. Could very much explain trash Gerald Green getting minutes in every single game of the series.

So you rather lose with guys like that than give Nene, Faried just 10 minutes from which Crapella was stinking up the joint …#FIREDANTONI

You are right MDA. Crapela is a rising star. Now lets trade his ass while someone out there might still believe you.

Jokic, Embiid, etc. always 50/50 end up looking like garbage against Golden State too. This is a matchup issue for more than just Capela. With that being said he played extra poor.

THIS line of thinking is why we must get a new head coach.....

Did Capella play great against Utah? Wasn't he suffering from 2 viruses and played horrible?

I like a coach who will stand up for his players, even when they struggle.

Capela had 3 blocks and 1 steal in the entire WCSF.

He had no idea of where to be defensively the entire series.

But he's got a bright future, eh? His low IQ alone will prevent that.

All coach do that. Actually feels like a backhand way slapping Clint to me.

I hate a coach who doesn't challenge a under performing player and doesn't make adjustments accordingly.

Relax I think MDA is actually chastising Capela.

He did and you can’t just throw a guy he so stubbornly uses in this series under the bus. That will make him look bad too.

"I'll go down with guys like that. He's a class guy. If you lose, you lose with guys like that"

Such a dumb mentality and this is how you lose teams.

You betray the other players when you stubbornly play guys when other guys could come in and help the TEAM move on to the next round. That should be the ONLY goal here, winning a ring, moving on to the next round, not giving Clint a learning experience.

Maybe you move on and Clint plays better against Denver/Portland? Maybe the learning moment would have come with his butt glued to the bench...but you have to do what is best for the team

MDA doubling down on his moronic coaching this series. Essentially saying he wasn’t going all in to win the series. Didn’t care about the results.

I’m not excited about our coach going forward

He is wired this way. Many times in the postgame interview he said he would not get away with the stuff he thinks and believes will work based on his past experience. He said if he does that he will be stupid. So that’s his mentality. The minutes the rotation, the ISO, etc etc.
