Sorry but this team has too much talent. I get it that a lot of the effort problem is on the players but its the coach's job to get the most out of your guys. Good job Morey/Les.

We dont' care about your baseless empty words and meetings. Results matter. Heads have start falling so finally do your freaking job or maybe you are next and get traded to a rebuilding team.

i knew things were bad but I didn't expect a decision this quickly. There must have been some serious internal rift.

WOW, logical but unexpected move.

 

No doubt behind the scenes the players directly or indirectly sent the message tha McHale ain't the guy no more -

too much money and talent not to take their thoughts into consideration

 

This caught me off guard

I mean I know this team is underperforming but I seriously didn't think they would get rid of him this soon.

I would've given him at least 20 games but I guess they felt that would've been too late.
