I’ve said this before but harden NEEDS a multitude of strange to operate at a high level. We have 2 instances now when he’s had a steady gf and he slumps. Harden is a sex addict and the only cure for his ailments is copious amounts of thicc and juicy stripper squish.
Harden is very talented, however, he's just not mentally tough to preserve through adversity. He goes into a deep funk when he's not scoring. He stops hustling on defense and rebounding. His misses a layup and trots back on defense, ensuring the other team gets a layup (I know watching film, the others players are like WTH). He has a little bit of Melo in him, super happy when he's scoring even though it may end up in a loss. I would like to see him say F it and go hard on the defense end and rebound like he was Dream... Bottom line we need him to do more when he's not scoring.
If legs gone in regular season then there's no hope besides first round sweep. It's alot of team want to avoid thunder and cp3 for sure!

I can't imagine volume step back 3s are easy on the legs. From my perspective it's like of variability, its mostly a contested step back 3 or driving into waiting defenders. I don't care what the numbers say, Harden needs to add a few elbow jumpers to his game.

I have been working my way down through this thread and you are the first poster I am sure is actually rooting for the Rockets.
Plain and simple, Harden needs rest day like Westbrook so he doesn't look tired in some stretches. We should appreciate Harden for being a player night in and night out. There are some players (Anthony Davis, Draymond Green) who goes in and out of lineup with fake injuries. Look how many times he gets battered in games. Remember he played with a red eye in the playoffs.
