By the time Luka gets to Harden's current age Luka's body will most likely be broken down.

    Doncic showed his weaknesses.

Shooting, FT shooting and TOs in the clutch.

He is still a kid that can drink a beer now.

The Mavs were pretty good today, Rockets just immense effort this night.

Luka was limping to the locker room, and is always injured. He is not built like james. That ankle turn harden had in the 1st quarter would have put most players out tho

    Yeah, Eric like.

Imagine if Harden had Dallas' 3pt shooting supporting cast.

    They went Dirk tonite.

Yeah hopefully Harden is good to go for Sunday. I like Luka a lot and don't want him to get hurt but he is injury prone.

Made some people look stupid tonight.

Luka, good job kid, now do that for 9 more years and we can compare him to Harden.

People really take the future for granted.

A lot of guys top out as in this could be the best Luka ever is, great, top 10, but never truly top3 (MVP contention)...or he could actually get worse for this or that reason.

Harden's been like at WORST top 4 player for like the past 6 years? 7?

Sure, because guys like Kawhi, Durant, Curry been hurt off and on but that just shows you how hard it is to do this every single year. Honestly, it is debatable that those guys are even better than Harden TO ME. Durant and Curry benefitted from being on the same team and Kawhi just shows up when its convenient.

the only bad thing about this game is that it happened on a friday just like his 61 point game againist the spurs last year. I want to hear what the morning media shows have to say about hardens performances

Luka is not on Harden’s level...if u think so, you’re a clueless casual, and we’re not trying to hear basketball talk from u

Luka right now is 09-10 Durant...amazing stats for his age, but u would’ve been stupid as hell to say Durant was better than Kobe at that time

Max Kellerman gets paid millions to say whatever is the opposite of Stephen A Smith

On top of that Rockets fans love to retweet or repost what he says

Which makes him more popular for ‘disliking’ Houston

    I generally like Bill Simmons.

I cringed so hard today when I listened to his NBA ballot podcast.

Kawhi, Jokic and Doncic at 3,4 and 5 over Harden for MVP.

His logic and reasoning pretty awful.

Although he tried to give himself some outs by saying 3-7 including AD were pretty close and that he was not happy these last 8 games didn’t count towards the voting.

Max Kellerman: I'm taking Luka when it comes to winning games!

Top post from the Mavs post-game thread: It's almost terrifying how good this Mavs team would've been this year and what they COULD be if they could play a damn 4th quarter to save their lives.
    It's that bad.

I do not think Cuban is racist at all, but I do think he enjoys having a white superstar to appeal to mavs fan base. Since he has owned the team, he seems to go above and beyond to attempt to get and retain white star players. He really wanted Luka, probably would have done anything to get him and fortunately for him he only needed to trade up two spots for him. Steve Nash, Jason Kidd being half white and from an upper middle class background, doing everything to retain Dirk over the years, overpaying Parsons who they thought would become a super star etc. I am wondering if he as an owner would take race into account knowing a particular player would be more well liked by their fan base. It seems like he is taking race into consideration for building a team.

I think we saw a bit of this in the bay area, in that their fans and media loved a lighter skinned Steph over KD, I don't think the Warriors would intentionally draft and trade for players that are light skinned like the Mavs seem to do.
